a lil austrian town called...

disclaimer: this is PURELY general /geographical knowledge!
and at no point in time meant to demean anyone!
try to find it!
This Fucking settlement has existed since at least 1070 and is named after a man from the 6th century called Focko. "-ing" is an old Germanic suffix indicating the people of the root word to which it is attached; thus Fucking means "(place of) Focko’s people." The village has a population of 107.

Fucking's most famous feature is a traffic sign with its name on it, beside which tourists often stop to have their photograph taken. It is a commonly stolen street sign. Significant public funds have been spent on replacing the stolen signs.

SAGITTARIUS WOMAN

A tall slim and graceful woman who walked proudly like she is walking in a beauty pageant competition. If she slips or nearly falls, she will nicely cover it up and continue with her graceful and impressive walking step. She knows how to use make up to enhance her beauty. She looks at the world positively, so her face always seems so happy. She will not get up set easily.

Self confident woman who believes in her own style. She will not follow fashion, but standing between simplicity and too modern. She is a very open person, sometimes can be too blunt. She is an honest person and never try to cause troubles for any one.

She likes to say something that you do not want to hear and yet she can say something so pleasing at the same time. Example she may say "I wish you could make more money, so you could afford better cloth, but anyway it is better this way. If you make more money you could be thinking of money too much and become greedy". She can say such thing and make you wonder if you should get up set or love her more.

She is also a free spirit and does not like to stay home. She likes to be protected, but not to give her orders. She has no respect for a weak man. If she trys to overpower you, then you have to calm her down and try to control her to be in a limit by doing the same thing too. She will listen if she respects you. She likes to be herself and likes her guy to be himself.

She is a no nonsense woman, so you will not hear she says " Guess what I will do next", or "Guess what I am thinking" because she always says what she is thinking out loud like a guy. If you do not understand her in this matter, you could easily break up with her. She sees problems in her love life as another funny story.

She is clumsy and it is in her nature. You may think it is cute, but for some neat guys this could be so unbearable. She is very friendly, so she can easily turn her enemy to be her friends. She has good taste in fine cloths, good food, first class and first services. Even a poor woman in this Zodiac will struggle to afford such good taste. She could spent lots of money as if she can not understand how difficult it is to make money. If you think of letting her borrow money, think again.

She is a paranoid. If she thinks you like her, she may already think about getting married and losing her freedom and so on and on. A jolly woman who loves sports. She is an ordinary woman who could dress like a tomboy. She has more guy friends and sometimes could act like one of the guys. She does not care about rumors, so she can get home very late and couldn't careless what her neighbor will gossip about her. She thinks either good or bad, you will know it yourself, so you should not bother what people think.

Her wit and innocent look are her charms. She is often hurt from love, but never afraid to look for a new one as if she is singing "Do that to me one more time". She likes going straight and being straight forward. She will not go around to get what she wants, or beat around the bush just to say something. If you meet her and tell her straight what you think, she will admire you.

Whenever we may need him

the JC lightbulb jOke

Q: How many RJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: 4 whole faculties. One to design the new bulb, one to manufacture and test it out, one to write a proposal on it and one to market it.

Q: How many HCJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: The whole school. To compete with RJC.

Q: How many VJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: The whole school. One student to screw it in and the rest to cheer and wave flags and banners to give him/her support.

Q: How many NJC students does it take to change a light bulb?

Q: How many AJC students does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Huh, what litebarb?

den y do i have people around me who are seemingly eligible, in fact attractive, yet single?

and i have people around me who are willing to lower their expectations cos they dun really believe that opportunities do knock twice.

it's time to rethink those criteria, friends. having said that, there still exists a threshold level, below which criteria should not fall.

~our heads on a platter~
such a feeling usually appears when we forget to do certain mandatory stuffs, mostly happens on thursday nites and tuesday mornings.
~imitation at work again~

teacher LIM

kimmy and i had the privilege to witness teacher lim's... let's juz call it.. initiation into teacher-hood. i guess we weren't really excited or looking forward to it. the thought of having the grammar of our future generation being degraded by teacher lim kinda makes us shudder with fear.

nonetheless, we pray that teacher lim does have her fair share of contribution to this industry, or maybe other industries as well, like contributing to the pockets of the taxi drivers working in her estate in the morning.

wat a weird looking teacher. you'll prolly cant recognise her from the rest of the students, due to her height, of the lack of it.

divaliciOus @ Bellinni Grande

on a thursday night, not exactly enticing for me since i have to work the next day (not like teacher lim)thankfully, there's Jack and Rai! hahaha.. we are Jack & Rai's invited guests. it pays to have celebrity frens.
and here's our usual photo taking / time killing session.
teacher lim, next time forewarn me first, so that i can plan the next day to be a non-working day. heh.

my belOved

My beloved is white and ruddy,
Chief among ten thousand.
His head is like the finest gold;
His locks are wavy, And black as a raven.
His eyes are like doves By the rivers of waters,
Washed with milk, And fitly set.
His cheeks are like a bed of spices,
Banks of scented herbs.
His lips are lilies, Dripping liquid myrrh.
His hands are rods of gold Set with beryl.
His body is carved ivory Inlaid with sapphires.
His legs are pillars of marble
Set on bases of fine gold.
His countenance is like Lebanon,
Excellent as the cedars.
His mouth is most sweet,
Yes, he is altogether lovely.

i need INTERNET CONNECTION!

... ... at a hotel wedding dinner.first of all, weddings (be it chinese or malay or any other ethnic groups) DO NOT start early. DO NOT be fooled by the "Your punctuality is greatly appreciated" in the wedding invite. =p

so, if you are an invited guest who happened to be a gracious singaporean turning up on time for the dinner, you betta pray for MOBILE BROADBAND. and no, hotels dun provide wireless internet access. they merely charge you an exorbitant sum for using the hotel's internet (when juz across the road, there is wireless@sg.zzz.)

some of the suggestions you can:
1. blog abt how long the dinner takes to start
2. facebook your friends
3. play online games
4. stay in touch with the latest current affairs
5. surf the net for the ang pow rates in singapore ($$$)

well i juz got married over the weekend i have to indemnify myself, brides are usually really busy before the dinner started, not cos they juz wanna dilly dally in the room. u wont want to know how heavy the gown was.

LOST in ubin!

yea.. LOST in ubin.. but before i got to ubin, i already lost liao.. tis is how it went:

KelGuo: Let's meet at Changi Ferry Terminal at 12pm for briefing!

since piggy me woke up at 11.30+++am, i am in the usual rush. and memory tells me that changi ferry terminal is outside the changi airfreight center. after all i am GPS, dun need check map i also know how to go one!

*vroom vroom*

upon reaching the changi ferry terminal (pic from online), spider me saw the pretty grand entrance with the words "Johor Customs", thought to myself, ''since when go ubin need passport one? aiya bring la juz in case" and so i grabbed the PASSPORT. zzz.didnt take me long to realise that it's NOT changi ferry terminal! it's changi POINT ferry terminal! POINT bro POINT! one word very impt lei!

impt lessons learnt:
1. there are at least 2 other ferry terminals along the same loooong stretch.
2. changi nasi lemak standard dropped alrdy. it's $3 and the portion feels like $1.50.
3. when kelguo says meet at 12pm, dun really need to reach that early de. cos the rest of the ppl involved also sashayed in at around 12.30pm, to leave after 5 min to get food. zzz.
.
.
and finally
.
.
4.
you dun need a passport to go to ubin. MEGA ZZZ.

disclaimer: i went to Ubin before OK! by canoe round island (macho one ok!)
