flash flood in Orchard

coincides with the Chinese dumpling festival! but tis has to be by far the most hilarious photo(shopped) i've seen!
of all the tweets and comments, tis is indeed worth mentioning, from my Geography teacher friend:
"PUB investigating cause of flood? C'mon, even my Geography students can tell you - POOR MITIGATION AND MONITORING IN DRAINAGE MANAGEMENT. Period. You build so many mega structures along the Orchard belt (read: ION et neighbours) but you forgot about the need for mega drainage, my dear."
